Coffee with chocolate flavor, round body, well balanced, with a sustained aftertaste.

OPALACA

Varieties: Bourbon, Catuai, Typica

Temperature ° C: 14.2 - 21.4
Geographic location: Santa Barbara, Intibucá and Lempira

Cup Features:

A coffee with a fine and delicate acidity, well balanced with tropical fruit flavors such as grapes and blackberries, sweet aftertaste and flat body.

MONTECILLOS

Varieties: Bourbon, Catuai, Caturra, Pacas

Height (MSNM): 1,200 - 1,600

Temperature ° C: 12.0 - 21.2

Geographic location:La Paz, Comayagua, Santa Barbara and Intibuca.

Cup Features:
A coffee with sweet and fruity fragrances, its acidity is vivid and bright, with an orange and peach flavor, creating a vibrant drink with a chilling aftertaste and a velvety body.

 

COMAYAGUA

Varieties: Bourbon, Caturra, Typica

Height (MSNM): 1,000 - 1,500

Temperature ° C: 14.0 - 22.0

Geographic location: Comayagua, Francisco Morazan

Cup Features:
A coffee with a sweet citrus fragrance, its acidity is vibrant citrus with sweet flavors and chocolate and a creamy body.

EL PARAISO

Varieties: Catuai, Caturra

Height (MSNM): 1,000 - 1,400

Temperature ° C: 16.0 - 22.5

Geographic location: El Paraiso and part of Choluteca and Olancho

Cup Features:
Coffee with citric flavors, with a sweet fragrance, soft body and a fine acidity, with a very sustained aftertaste.

AGALTA

Varieties: Bourbon, Caturra, Typica

Height (MSNM): 1,000 - 1,400

Temperature ° C: 14.5 - 22.5

Geographic location: Olancho, Yoro

Cup Features:
Coffee with various tropical fruit flavors with a fragrance of caramel and chocolate and sweet aftertaste, its acidity is pronounced.
